Our client is a leading health-related professional body, they are recruiting a Training Manager to manage operational delivery of training and qualifications to their members.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have the following blend of skills and experience:
- project management
- line management
- within education and training context desirable
Managing a team of three, you will be expected to review current processes, map new ones and implement process improvements to ensure your team are working both effectively and efficiently.
You will also manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, including clinicians, committees and external partners.

N.B. There are no plans for the business to return to their central london office this year. However, if or when this changes in 2021, this will be an office based position.
