Charity People is heading up the search for a Supporter Development Manager role to come on board and work to lead the supporter development programme to acquire, retain and develop supporters and ultimately maximise long term value. In what could be a career defining position for someone, the key focus will be to execute fundraising appeals, ensuring the retention of supporters and growing the regular giving income stream.

Your role will involve project managing direct marketing campaigns, both offline and online following their business plan and budget, including pre-campaign input, campaign briefing, agency design and copy, briefing and managing data extractions and manipulation, print and production, and post-campaign analysis.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in a fundraising direct marketing environment, with experience of developing supporter/customer retention and journey strategies. You will have considerable experience in managing direct marketing campaigns, as well as experience in data analysis, segmentation and data management. You will be a driven individual who puts supporters at the heart of what they do, with a positive attitude and approach to problem solving. You will have the ability to organise your own workload to meet multiple deadlines at one time and be highly organised and methodical, with keen attention to detail.
