Charity People are thrilled to lead the search for an experienced and confident Senior Trusts Manager for the British Heart Foundation, to lead on High Value Major gifts. This 12-month maternity cover role requires someone with strong management experience and has a natural ability to motivate a team of fundraisers.

Job Title: Senior Trusts Manager (12 month contract)
Organisation: British Heart Foundation
Salary: £45,000
Location: Mornington Crescent, London
Required: CV and Cover Letter
Closing Date: Monday 5th August 2019

BHF is strong, highly effective and well respected nationally and internationally. Their work
saves lives - tens of thousands in the UK each year alone - and enhances the lives of many
more. They have a big job on our hands - beating heartbreak from the world's biggest killers.

This role is imperative to the philanthropy team's objectives and targets. As the Senior Trusts Manager you will lead the trust team in growing income generated from UK wide Trusts and Foundations in line with the successful trusts strategy. You will lead on the larger six and seven gifts and will provide motivation for the ambitious trusts fundraisers in your team. We require someone who can provide consistency in balancing sustainability and prospective research. This role is perfect for someone who is excited in securing new funding, building on a well-established portfolio and enjoys securing strong, long term relationships with funders.

British Heart Foundation has concrete and relevant values. Brave, informed, compassionate and driven. Like the experts that research treatments for some of the most challenging heart afflictions, we are looking for someone who can champion these same values and drive the Trusts team forward and motivate the team.

If you feel like you are someone who mirrors these values and has the necessary experience to join a high performing and welcoming team, then it would be wonderful to hear from you.

Please do get in contact with Stuart Milliner at Charity People if you would like to apply, or find out some more information.
