Charity People are over the moon to be working with Queen's Elizabeth Foundation who are one of the leading charities in helping and supporting disabled people. The foundations mission is to deliver the services that disabled people want and need. We are looking for a Senior Trusts Fundraiser to join the Fundraising team looking to grow the Trusts funding stream and lead in the high value donors.

Queen Elizabeth's Foundation is a fantastic charity that are changing disabled people's lives on a daily basis. The charity provides modern, lifestyle solutions for disabled children and adults, the impact it has on the lives of the individuals is massive. Their message and values are simple. Everyone Matters, Everyone Works Together and Everyone Makes a Difference. The charity covers four aspects in particular that apply and help the individuals supported by the charity:
- The extensive building programme and the opening of the Guinness Group Home has led to the growth of the Independent Living Service to reach full occupancy and expand to 45 residents.
- They have a mobility service where they are able to carry out over 1,000 mobility assessments a year.
- A Neuro Rehabilitation Service where they provide individually tailored programmes to those who have been devastated by a traumatic brain injury or stroke.
- Accessible holidays in the UK as well as, advice and equipment for travelling by air.
About the Role
Based in Leatherhead, Surrey, this is a role at an amazing charity. You will lead the Trusts Fundraising and will be given scope to work on some untouched funding which will create some amazing opportunities for the charity. You will need to be a driven and ambitious fundraiser and will feel comfortable leading on the high value donors. Experience of successful bids of regular six figure sums is important, and experience in multi-year grants. The Philanthropy Team have a reasonable aim of growing the income from Trusts and Foundations from £750,000 a year to £850,000. With ambitious plans to grow income £1 million in two years. The right person for the role will need to have great experience in stewarding relationships and building on some fantastic relationships already established.
