Job title: Senior Data Operations Officer

Location: Remote working

Contract: 6 months fixed contract with the possibility of extension

Full time - £32,000pa (London), £29,500pa (Rest of UK) - pro-rata if applicable

Charity People are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Data Operations Officer to join a health charity in the Data Operations Team with impeccable attention to detail, and good experience running data selections and delivering data requests.

They require a Senior Data Operations Officer to oversee the running of the Database Operations team by producing and coordinating the data, and ensuring appropriate resource is assigned from within the team. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and triaging issues raised, overseeing the delivery of training and maintaining the database in-line with agreed processes.

Working with team members across the organisation and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure that customers interacting feels valued and engaged whilst interacting with the Charity. The Data Operations Team require someone who has sound understanding of charity marketing practices, particularly experience working closely with direct marketing teams to deliver campaign data. You will also be someone who is confident at delivering training to users and creating processes and procedures. This charity is certainly keen to consider those who have working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, strong Excel skills, and ThanQ CRM.
