Charity People are recruiting a Senior Community Fundraising Manager for a revered national Children's charity. They are looking for an experienced fundraising manager to lead the team of 3 community fundraising officers and one community and events officer.

This charity is one of a kind in what they do: from helping children through the trauma of sexual abuse and exploitation, to supporting families through domestic abuse, mental health problems, prison sentences, asylum seeking, and so much more.

You will have strategic responsibility across all community fundraising programmes and audiences, including BAME faith and community groups. The successful candidate will have strong proven success of significant growth within community and other fundraising streams, with good team development experience and knowledge of various income streams. You will be an integral member of the Public Fundraising team, working closely with the Senior Regional Fundraising Manager and Head of Public Fundraising to significantly grow Community income. You will provide strategic vision to grow income and you will have experience managing large budgets and be confident managing multiple projects, delivering them on time and within budget.

This role is permanent and full-time, based in Barkingside, it is paying £35,608.00 - £45,282.00. The application deadline is Friday 17th with a cover letter and CV necessary.
