Charity People are thrilled to be working with one of the country's leading Mental Health Charities in their search for an Quality Improvement Manager to join their East London Team.

This is a multifaceted organisation, which works on many levels to combat the stigma surrounding mental health and assist those experiencing mental health problems. They provide advice and support to empower those affected, as well as campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health issues. They will not give up until everyone experiencing a mental health issue receives the support and respect they deserve.

As Quality Improvement Manager you will work as part of a wider Quality and Compliance function, leading a small team of four, responsible for driving quality across the organisation forward. You will provide specialist advice, quality monitoring and lead on a range of improvement initiatives. This function is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a culture of learning and development throughout the organisations; as such you will support teams across the organisation to effectively manage risks in safeguarding, information governance and data protection, fundraising governance and contract compliance and due diligence.

We are looking for applicants experienced in the quality development and improvement of a complex and fast evolving organisation, with an aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making. You will have significant experience in project management, and be accustomed to work on varying tasks keeping to tight deadlines. This role will require some travel.
