Charity People are working with an incredible international development charity seeking a Prospect Researcher to join and aid in finding new and valuable institutional funding opportunities. The role is full time and based in London.
Job Title: Prospect Researcher/Funding Officer

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced researcher with a good understanding of funding data. You will work closely with the charity's programme teams to track funding, research new prospects for the charity as well as funding administration and support when required. This is a fast-paced and exciting role working in a team of dedicated and knowledgeable programme funders.
You will have responsibility research the priorities of new and existing donors and keep up-to-date with funding strategies of grant giving organisations, whilst working with funding colleagues to produce research into funders and funding opportunities, which will contribute to the development of the Funding strategy.
The charity is fantastic! This international organisation deals with incredibly complex and topical issues globally, this role with the charity will develop and teach the successful candidate in matters that resonate globally.
The ideal person will have previous experience in both prospect research for a charity and an understanding of processes, analysing and managing data within a fundraising capacity. You will also be extremely organised, proactive and a self-starter.
