Charity People are so excited to be working with Queen Elizabeth's Foundation, a fantastic charity who focus on helping and supporting disabled people. The foundations mission is to deliver the services that disabled people want and need. We are looking for a Philanthropy Executive to join the Engagement and Partnerships Team and help deliver their capital appeal.

About the Charity

Queen Elizabeth's Foundation is a fantastic charity that are changing disabled people's lives on a daily basis. The charity provides modern, lifestyle solutions for disabled children and adults, the impact it has on the lives of the individuals is massive. Their message and values are simple. Everyone Matters, Everyone Works Together and Everyone Makes a Difference. The charity covers four aspects in particular that apply and help the individuals supported by the charity:
- The extensive building programme and the opening of the Guinness Group Home has led to the growth of the Independent Living Service to reach full occupancy and expand to 45 residents.
- They have a mobility service where they are able to carry out over 1,000 mobility assessments a year.
- A Neuro Rehabilitation Service where they provide individually tailored programmes to those who have been devastated by a traumatic brain injury or stroke.
- Accessible holidays in the UK as well as, advice and equipment for travelling by air.

About the role

This is a really exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and be a key contributor to the team's prospect research and management of the database, as well as responsible for the management of both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal person will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as being organised, proactive and have a systematic way of working. Due to the database management aspect to the role, previous experience using Raiser's Edge or similar and a good understanding of financial accounts is desirable.
