Charity People are excited to be recruiting for a Partnerships Manager to join a Partnerships Team for a National Charity who is target driven, enthusiastic, and creative and has strong experience building high profile relationships with companies and external stakeholders.
They require a Partnerships Manager to develop and grow the companies' new business pipeline to help the team secure, and manage, new high value, multi-faceted, long-term partnerships. You will also provide excellent management and stewardship of your own pipeline providing regular and accurate performance updates against new business objectives and KPIs, and accurately forecasting short, mid and long-term partnership income. You will be comfortable delivering stretched financial targets or working across a variety of market segments.
Confidently working independently and collaboratively with a wide range of teams you will have a proven record of accomplishment in a fundraising or sales environment, developing innovative corporate pitches and a passion for securing new business. The charity requires someone who has outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, who has previous experience working with a CRM system, excellent verbal and written presentation skills, project management and organisation skills.
