Charity People are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading Mental Health Charity in their search for an Office Manager to join their North London Team.
This is a multifaceted organisation, which works on many levels to combat the stigma surrounding mental health and assist those experiencing a mental health problem. They provide advice and support to empower beneficiaries, as well as campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health issues. They will not give up until everyone experiencing a mental health issue receives the support and respect they deserve.
As Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office through excellent administration and office management. You will be tasked with overseeing reception, volunteer recruitment, organisational policy, staff training and board administrative duties. You will also have the opportunity to assist the CEO with the effective management and organisation of the charity.
We are looking for proactive, approachable and diligent applicants, able to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as part of a small team. You will be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working in a high-paced environment on a diverse set of tasks.
You must have recent Charity sector experience, in an office management/ EA role to be considered for this position.
