Marketing and Communications Manager
Music Charity, North London

Our client is a Music Charity, who are looking to recruit a Marketing and Communications Manager, to take a lead on an exciting and varied marcomms strategy that seeks to raise their profile to maximise the impact of their music services and fundraising activity. This will include overseeing appropriate use of The Charity's brand, creating marketing collateral for a range of audiences and developing proactive awareness-raising campaigns.

The Marketing and Communications Manager sits in a team responsible for all marketing and communications activity for The Charity, including PR, digital, public affairs, campaigns and internal communications. You will also oversee the implementation of their staff engagement strategy, ensuring there is an annual plan of internal communications activity that supports a high-performance culture. Furthermore, you will manage external designers and other freelancers/agencies as required.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in a similar role working with a proven record of success in a marketing and communications role ideally in the charity sector. You should have experience of managing agencies and freelancers, ensuring that projects are delivered on budget and to deadline, an ability to lead creative and message development for campaigns and calls to action across range of communication channels, and tailor communications to different target audiences. We are also looking for someone who has an ability to work independently, provide leadership in work and use own initiative
