We're over the moon to be supporting this local gem of a charity aiming to add extra sparkle to their individual giving.
As Individual Giving Manager, you'll join a friendly fundraising team at a really crucial time. They have big plans to develop their individual giving programme and it looks like now could be the perfect time with community feeling at an all-time high and supporters old and new wanting to engage and give.
You'll take on both donor recruitment and retention working across the full spectrum of IG including regular giving, cash, lottery and legacies to deliver over £1 million income annually. Your calendar of fundraising campaigns and activities will cover all bases with both digital and traditional channels.
An extra exciting element: an innovative new subscription product in the pipeline to be tried, tested and rolled out.
Who are you?
* You're an individual giving or direct marketing expert, ideally with charity experience
* You're that perfect mix of creative and analytical
* You work simultaneously and seamlessly on multiple projects
* You're digitally savvy with a passion for supporter care
* You have amazing interpersonal skills
* You're can-do and that positively rubs off on others
Most importantly, this charity does extraordinary work for children and families. Whilst some fundraising income has been affected by the current COVID-19 situation, there is a huge opportunity to increase individual giving to help futureproof the charity's vital work in the upcoming months and years.
Flexible life and family-friendly employer. For now, based from home with an expectation that you'd go back to an office a couple of days a week when able.
