Charity People are so pleased to be working with a leading mental health charity based in London, who are looking for their new Individual Giving Campaigns Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor in achieving the fundraising targets of the charity by developing and retaining individual donors.

Job Title: Individual Giving Campaigns Manager
Location: London
Contract: Full time/ Permanent
Salary: £32,000

This is an excellent position to work within the organisation's Individual Giving, Legacies and Events team with the responsibility of developing and engaging both regular, and ad hoc, supporters. You will manage retention across a number of channels including direct mail, digital and telephone, as well as planning and liaising with third part supplies for the campaigns. These responsibilities require building strong internal relationships, including senior level stakeholders. Due to the wide scope of the role, you will also need to work closely with the charity's wider team to develop future content planning, supporter journey and individual activity integration.

The ideal person for this role will have 2-3 years' experience within a direct marketing team, preferably within the charity sector. You will also have database targeting, testing and analysing experience, as well as the use of direct mail, digital advertising and telemarketing techniques. Due to the busy nature of this role, you will need to have great organisational skills, be proactive and able to meet deadlines successfully.

Along with being part of a fantastic and worthwhile cause, the organisation also offers the opportunity for sabbaticals, study leave and other excellent and comprehensive benefits.

If you are interested in this role, in the first instance please send your CV to Ben at Charity People.
