Charity People a recruiting a brand new Project Management role, within a brand new team at the UK's leading children's charity. They are looking for a Project Manager to come into the fray to research, analyse, and develop new and existing forms of income within new markets.

You will report to the Head of Income Generation and will sit in a team of 4, with responsibility for reviewing and liaising with all fundraising teams and other income generation streams across the charity. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to grow and learn a cross section of fundraising, commercial and earned income streams, an ideal precursor to a Head of level role. You will need to be a strong networker, to be able to best understand what teams are currently missing out, with a strong head of research, analysis and development of ongoing practices, products and campaigns.

Ideally you will have had innovation experience and be adept in data analysis, and have experience in developing minimum viable products before, with testing expertise too. You will be project management focused and have good stakeholder management experience.

They are looking to pay £29,500 - £33,245 + £3,366 Inner London Weighting. The role will be based in Old Street and it is a permanent, full-time role, with flexible working potential too. The application deadline is Sunday 1st December, with a supporting statement necessary.

We actively encourage people from ethnic minorities and LGBTQ+ Individuals to apply for this role. Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion. We match charity needs with skills and experience of candidates, irrespective of age, disability (including hidden disabilities), race, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, or sexual orientation. We do this because we know greater diversity will lead to even greater results for the charities we work with.

If you are not interested but know anyone suitable for this role then we do offer a £250 referral fee if successful.
