This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a driven and community-focused charity that supports people later in their life. In this role, you will be an important contributor to the charity's funding by setting and achieving the charity's income targets, particularly through grant applications, bid tenders and proposals. With direction from the Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Media, you will be supporting the charity's business plan through an Implementation Plan. This income will mostly be through high quality tenders, proposals and bids, however identifying opportunities from non-statutory funders and trusts is another key part of this role.

The ideal person will have a successful background in Trust fundraising, with evident experience of implementing effective fundraising strategies through charitable trusts and statutory funders. They will also be a good team player, have brilliant attention to detail and self-motivated. Furthermore, they will be passionate about being a part of improving the quality of life of elderly people in their later stages of life. We are particularly looking for somebody confident to come in to this role with the ability to make a fast start, with good work ethic and an ability to establish relationships quickly.

If this sounds like the role for you, please contact Stuart Milliner at Charity People.
