Head of Systems & Data
Charity People are excited to be working with one of the leading universities in the UK in search for a Head of Supporter Systems & Data to join their dynamic team.

The organisation is going through a period of growth and is looking for a Head of Supporter Systems & Data to support the delivery of their objective to enable a data-driven approach both to donor engagement and to strategic decision-making. The Supporter and Data team is responsible for user training and support; reporting and analysis; system administration and maintenance; as well as small-scale development.
As the Head of Supporter System & Data, you will lead, motivate and manage a high-performing Supporter Systems and Data team. You will be responsible for developing core systems, managing data and maximising its value. Other duties will include administering the CRM and associated systems; developing reports, metrics and KPIs for the Supporter Systems and Data team; as well as oversee the delivery of excellent user support through, training, guidance and helpdesk services (including escalation processes) provided by the team.
We are looking for applicants who have experience of managing people and setting strategic objectives. You will be approachable, diligent, and able to use your strong technical skillset to manage a complex database system. You will be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with working in a high-paced environment on a diverse set of tasks. As the Head of Supporter Systems & Data, you will also have the ability to work confidently and accurately with large volumes of data in order to make informed decisions and recommendations. Proficiency with working with Blackbaud products, specifically Raiser's Edge and BBCRM is desirable.
