Do you want to work for an award-winning charity in the community-based services space? Their services help keep people well and include advocacy, support for carers, counselling, health, and well-being.

Reporting to the Services Director, the Head of Service for Carers forms part of the Service Leadership Team and has full responsibility for the delivery and development of all Carers Services.

This is a 12- month maternity cover contract.

You'll ensure high quality delivery that results in carer, commissioner, and stakeholder satisfaction. In addition, you'll will work closely with the Services Director and Business Development team to horizon scan, map new opportunities and win new contracts.

Directly leading and line-managing several Service Managers based across the North of England, you're an experienced, confident, resilient, and inspiring senior manager. You have strong leadership and communication skills with an ability to coach, manage and develop high-performing teams.

Flexible, grown up and life/family friendly working practices. Initially based remotely. Happy to consider remote working from anywhere in the North West too.
