If you want to work for a charity with a flexible and happy working culture, we've got the dream job for a Fundraising Manager that can motivate and harness the power of a passionate team. You'll join a fun and vibrant bunch of talented individuals working towards positive change for blind and partially sighted people living in a sighted world.

Delivering an ambitious and exciting five-year growth strategy with a varied portfolio, you'll lead fundraising across events, community activities, corporate donations and major relationships.

We're looking for a self-motivated and tenacious individual with a track record of raising income and profile at a local level. Someone who has a passion for building quality long-term relationships with a variety of donors and can effectively manage and support a fundraising team of employed staff and volunteers.

Leading a team of four, this role still has a 'doing' function so you'll still get a buzz from building fundraising partnerships and relationships with an individual income target attached.

You'll be supported and empowered by a brilliant leadership team working for an organisation that is life and family-friendly. Based in beautiful grounds in Preston where you'll enjoy (occasionally sunny!) lunchtime strolls.
