Charity People is proud to be partnering with a highly renowned and successful charity to help find them their next Fundraising Database Manager. Listed as one of the UKs best employers for race and LGBT, this organisation has maintained a strong position in the sector over the past 9 months and is now at a point in their journey where they have created this new position to help get them to the next level.
We are looking for someone who is ideally an experienced Raiser's Edge user, though if you have strong experience of using other fundraising databases we encourage you to apply. You will also have excellent people skills and ideally have managed before, though this isn't essential and for the right candidate this could be an excellent first step into management.
Data lies at the heart of our client's organisation and as such the data team is highly regarded internally. In turn they are looking for someone who can come on-board and keep flying that flag high!
You will really want to mould this new role into something both you and they will be proud of. You'll make the role your own and lay down policies, procedures and processes that will be there for years to come. This is currently a home based position with a view to returning to an office based position in 2021.
Benefits in this role include:
- Opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week (once we return to normality)
- Flexi time is available (core hours 10.30 - 4.30)
- If you work overtime then you get TOIL (time off in lieu)
- Generous pension scheme
If this sounds like you please send me your CV asap.
A detailed job description is available and a referral scheme is in place for this role. If Charity People place someone you introduce us to, we will donate £250 to a charity of your choice. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with Neil on 020 7939 7441 or email@example.com for more information.
When you apply through Charity People you improve your chances of securing the role in various ways:
