Offering flexible working with a fun and friendly team, we're looking for an experienced and qualified Finance and Office Manager for the UK's only charity dedicated to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer. Currently, just 4% of cancer research funding is spent on prevention.

This is a key recruit for the charity managing the finance and administration function of a small team, working with experienced and highly-skilled individuals to create a future free from breast cancer.

You'll have a varied workload, which will include:

* Working with Finance Consultant to prepare quarterly Board reports
* Preparing monthly cashflow report
* Allocation of expenditure - restricted and unrestricted
* Managing payroll working with external agency
* Overseeing and improving admin processes for all donations - online and offline
* Managing GDPR and consent requirements
* Management of a small team of finance and admin staff

Our wish-list includes experience of Xero, a relevant accounting qualification (AAT, part ICAEW or ACCA) and significant experience preparing management and year-end accounts. You'll be a motivating team leader who knows how to support people to shine. Previous charity experience would be useful, although not essential.

Flexible, life and family-friendly. You'll have a primary base at the home of one of the most ambitious breast cancer research programmes in Europe, but also potential to work one day each week from home.
