Combining leading on an established fundraising events program with the opportunity to be creative and develop innovative new ideas, this Events Manager role is the perfect next step for an energetic, experienced and friendly events professional.
This is a great time to join the team at The Passage, a values-led charity based in Westminster working annually with over 3,000 people who are street homeless or living in insecure accommodation. The Passage's aim is to end their homelessness and inspire them to transform their lives. The charity was established almost 40 years ago, and has to date helped over 130,000 people to end their homelessness.
Exciting times are ahead for the Passage, as the organisation grows and modernises, with the support of HRH The Duke of Cambridge who became their Royal Patron in February this year. This Patronage, alongside growth and investment in fundraising, brings many new opportunities for The Passage to build its profile and reach new audiences.
As dedicated Events Manager you will develop and manage the fundraising events program . The Passage has a well-established core events portfolio; summer Garden Party, flagship classical music concert 'Night Under The Stars' and annual Carol Service. Collectively, their current events programme attracts around 4,000 supporters, but there is huge potential to grow and engage new audiences and supporters.
The Passage has a genuinely friendly and supportive work culture and we are looking for a true team-player with a positive, can do attitude and a passion for and experience of delivering exceptional fundraising events.
Interviews are taking place on a rolling basis, so if you are interested, please apply with a CV and cover letter ASAP.
