Charity People are working with an incredible children's charity based in London looking provide a holistic approach, by providing opportunities at some of the hardest time in their lives. We are seeking a Digital and Community Fundraising Manager in an innovative and thrilling role at the forefront of fresh and engaging community events.

We are looking for a natural relationship builder to develop community networks of businesses, societies, clubs, schools and more. This person will be in an incredible role which will play a significant part in the challenge events for this charity. The events primarily are sports and even have a new E-sports focus, which sounds incredible and highly relevant.
We need some with a combination of Community fundraising experience, as well as a knowledge of the impact Digital marketing has on fundraising. It's a truly unique role with a magnificent charity. You will be line managed by a passionate and determined individual who is the leading person for these kind of events. They bring new and innovative ideas to the charity and have had great success with it.
In the role, you will be leading and managing the Community and Challenge Events team on maximising income and engagement through new and existing products. You'll need to be proactive in seeking new business opportunities, researching strong alignment opportunities and creating compelling communications and pitches. Whilst developing an effective working relationship with the Children's Services team, building mutual trust and respect that enables appropriate collaboration, and timely use of case studies and stories in fundraising activities.
We need someone passionate and full of personality for this small but high performing team.
