Job Title: Data Manager
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (15 mins walk from train station)
Duration: 12 month maternity contract
Salary: Up to £40k DoE

Description of Role:
To maintain and develop a market leading supporter database. The roles sits within a team of four, with two Database Officers responsible for the first line of support for users, and the Database Manager responsible for more complex system issues, system development and data selections. All of these roles report to the Operations Manager.
The office is informal, open plan and designed to create a vibrant and productive workspace for all our staff. Less than a 30-minute train ride from London King's Cross. Free car parking is available to all staff, along with cycle racks for the more energetic.
About You - Top 3 most important elements of the role:
- Data selections in fundraising
- You will have experience of an organisation wide CRM (aka an enterprise CRM)
- You will be a 'do-er', have a 'do-er' attitude, and drive results
