Job Title: CRM Operations Manager

Description of Role:
An exciting new opportunity to join as the CRM Operations Manager for the Charity, encompassing ICT Infrastructure, CRM system, Operational Support, leadership of the Database team and data analysis and reporting for various activities across the charity.
The office is informal, open plan and designed to create a vibrant and productive workspace for all our staff. Less than a 30-minute train ride from London King's Cross. Free car parking is available to all staff, along with cycle racks for the more energetic.
You'll have significant experience of successfully leading an IT department and managing multiple projects to deliver IT services, business applications and IT infrastructure. You will have worked in a cross functional team environment and have knowledge and experience of an enterprise CRM and Microsoft operating systems and products.
With your strong communication skills you deliver clarity in both spoken and written communications and have the ability to collaborate with and influence your colleagues effectively, whilst being adaptive and flexible in providing solutions. You'll have excellence in building relationships and working as a team, with innovative thinking and the ability to drive change and implementation.
