CRM Data Developer

Charity People are excited to be working with one of the UK's largest social welfare charities in the search for a CRM Data Developer to join their dynamic team.
The charity offer help to older people when they need them most. They support the elderly by providing them with help and advice on healthcare and wellbeing. The charity also offers community support, run campaigns and conduct research to improve the lives of the elderly. This charity's mission is to empower and connect older people to live healthy and active lives independently. At core, the charity values - integrity, compassion, equality, diversity and inclusion.
The organisation is expanding their Customer Relationship Management team and are looking for a CRM Data Developer to support the development of data flows and Data Integration Solution. The CRM Data Developer will be responsible for the commissioning of new data flow, as well as the development of processes that increase efficiency and accuracy of data upload. Responsibilities will also include the management of data integrated into the CRM platform and BI Solution - ensuring the successful deployment of UAT solutions into production.
As the CRM Data Developer, you will be responsible for producing test plans and perform unit and system tests of develop solutions. Other duties will include administering the CRM and associated systems; reporting issues and implementing resolutions, maintaining a library of custom processes and documentation. You will be personable and have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with external suppliers and internal customers.
We are looking for applicants who have at least 3 years' experience in database management and at least 5 years' experience of software specification - including profiling QL queries. You will be approachable, diligent, and able to use your strong technical skillset to manage a complex database system. You will be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with working in a high-paced environment on a diverse set of tasks. As the CRM Data Developer, you will also have the ability to work confidently and accurately with large volumes of data in order to make informed decisions and recommendations. A degree in Maths or an IT discipline in desirable.
