Community Fundraisers looking for some festive cheer need look no further! We are working with one of the largest, national children's charities to find their latest Community Fundraising Officer.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the centralised marketing of the community programmes across businesses, individuals, collections, education and fundraising groups. You will manage a portfolio of supporters, including volunteer and community groups in order to maximise fundraising opportunities, increase retention and long-term commitment to the charity throughout the UK.

This is the perfect opportunity for any community fundraising looking to hone their fundraising skills in a large team and organisation, with a lot of development and training potential, as well as collaboration with other teams in public fundraising, marketing and data.

It is paying £29-31,000 (inclusive of Outer London Weighting) and is a permanent, full-time position, based in Barkingside, Ilford.

We actively encourage people from ethnic minorities and LGBTQ+ Individuals to apply for this role. Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion. We match charity needs with skills and experience of candidates, irrespective of age, disability (including hidden disabilities), race, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, or sexual orientation. We do this because we know greater diversity will lead to even greater results for the charities we work with.

If you are not interested but know anyone suitable for this role then we do offer a £250 referral fee if successful.
