This is a leadership role working for a national health charity that has an unparalleled brand; coaching and motivating a talented team to build and develop fundraising relationships by providing excellent stewardship and support to fundraising groups, volunteers and key supporters.

We are looking for an experienced motivational people manager. Someone who empowers, inspires and enables people to reach their potential; and enjoys watching people flourish, grow and achieve.

Ideally you will come from a strong community fundraising background and be able to demonstrate significant success in a previous relevant role. However, we are also open to exceptional managers from other fundraising disciplines who feel they are capable of bringing additional knowledge, skills and experience, as well as a real appreciation of Community Fundraising as a specialism in its own right.

This role covers the West Midlands patch based out of the organisations' Solihull hospice, with travel across the region. The charity is life and family friendly and has some fantastic benefits, as well as offering growth and development opportunities.

In addition, recent relevant experience in a similar role successfully managing large teams ideally across more than one site is highly desirable. We are looking for an experienced candidate with boundless enthusiasm and exceptional team-building skills.
