Community Fundraising Manager - Children's Health Charity - £30k - EC1V Central London - 4 month Fixed term Contract (with potential permanency) - Full-time
Currently going through a transition period, this mental health charity for children is looking for an experienced community fundraiser to come and steady the ship until the Head of Community fundraising has arrived and taken the reigns. We are looking for someone with a few years' experience in community fundraising, ideally with project management experience and line management experience, to ensure that the community fundraising programme stays on course to hit target this year.
It's a great charity to work for, with a supportive and ambitious fundraising team, you'll be collaborating across difference income streams, with a predominant focus on third party products. Whilst they are currently looking for you to come in on a temporary basis, if you perform well and have experience developing community fundraising portfolios, there is a strong chance this could become permanent.
Initially reporting to the interim Director of Fundraising, this is an amazing opportunity for a talented community fundraiser to gain insight into senior management and take the lead in community fundraising.
You will need to be an autonomous self-starter with a good understanding of Community Fundraising programmes and strong stakeholder management skills. We are looking for a strong communicator who can quickly slot into the team and ideally develop community fundraising into an even greater asset to the charity in the long-term.
They are looking to pay £30,000 and their offices are based in Central London (EC1V); and this is a 4 month fixed term position. The application deadline is Wednesday 21st August, with a cover letter necessary and they are looking for the successful candidate to start immediately if possible.
