London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking to appoint a Charity Director to grow and develop our trust charity, London North West Healthcare Charitable Fund.

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring charity leader, with a track record of setting and implementing a successful transformative strategy, to join us and help make our vision become a reality.

The Charity Director will lead London North West Healthcare Charity into the next stage of our charity's development, setting out a clear vision for the charity, building our networks and income as our chief spokesperson and lead fundraiser, and inspiring our committed team of staff . The successful candidate will have a strong personal alignment with and commitment to our charity's mission and values, have strong persuasive communication skills and enjoy working with and alongside a diverse group of people in a busy environment.

They will be creative thinkers and have a significant entrepreneurial streak, with the ability to identify opportunities and see them through to fruition. Their experience will include devising and implementing fundraising strategy as the lead contributor, a track record of business development and growth in the charity sector, leadership, development and management of team/s and significant stakeholder management.
