Philippa Bryant

Senior Consultant - Senior Fundraising

Philippa looks after senior fundraising appointments here at Charity People, working with senior managers, heads and directors to help find the perfect next career move. With hands-on fundraising experience from the arts and education sectors, Philippa brings valuable insight into the sector and a good understanding of what it takes to succeed as a fundraiser.

Philippa is passionate about access to education and opportunities and a firm believer in the power of mentoring, having seen first-hand the benefit an experienced mentor can have on the confidence, self-belief and aspirations of young people. Philippa brings her experience of coaching and mentoring to the role and thrives off bringing out the best in her candidates, and building long-term, lasting relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Always up for an adventure, outside work Pip can mostly be found at the beach with Elmo, her cavapoo, or hunting through flea markets and antiques shops.
