Our process
How we work with our candidates
First up you register with us
You can send your CV in for general consideration
Or you can apply for a specific role
Your CV gets sent to the relevant consultant
If we think you have the skills which are valued by our Charity clients, we'll meet you in person for a registration meeting, to get to know you and your specialisms
We invite you into the office
Explore your career aspirations
Identify potential roles and charities you’d like to work for
Offer advice on your CV
Discuss timescales
Find you jobs
We will only send you relevant roles
We talk you through the role and discuss your fit for it. We help you through the application process and offer advice on writing your supporting statement and CV
We submit your CV (with your permission) and talk the client through what we think you can bring to the role
Opening doors
If we don’t have any jobs that match your experience, we will consider pro-actively contacting organisations, with your permission, that we think your experience would be suited to, even if they’re not actively recruiting at the time
Interviewing
We will fully brief you before your interview
We’ll offer tips and advice specific to the role you are interviewing for
Feedback
We’ll ask you for your feedback as we know interviewing is a two-way process
We get personal feedback from our clients and offer you useful feedback whether successful or not
Second interview preparation
Negotiate offer
We will help you to negotiate an offer you’re happy with
Support your resignation
We’ll check in with you throughout your notice period and offer advice where needed
We keep in touch to see how you’re doing
We will wish you luck and even send you a present on your first day!
