Employees working in media jobs at UK production company Ten Alps may be find international relations boosted by the organisation's expansion into China.
Adrian Dunleavy, chief executive officer of the communication division, said: "Having representation in the Chinese market is an important step in expanding our portfolio in a fast-growth market."
He added that the enterprise has identified a number of routes through which to develop from the Beijing premises.
Customers in the Far East should benefit from localised editorial services as well as sales representation for advertising in the region.
Last month, the organisation headed up by Bob Geldof announced it had bought Grove House Publishing which specialises in the agricultural sector.
The transaction was worth £741,500 and included titles such as Farm Business, Pig and Poultry Marketing, Over the Counter and the Agronomist.
Such publications are expected to generate about £1.3 million in revenue in 2010 for the enterprise which also has offices in London and Manchester.
