We’re a small national charity that helps give babies with serious heart disease a better start in life – increasing detection rates; training medical staff; funding equipment; raising awareness; improving standards; and providing information and advice to families. We have seen significant growth over the past five years, and are aiming to continue this in 2019 and beyond. We’re looking for a dedicated and inspirational Fundraising Manager to help play a key role in driving our income generation. As part of a small team (six staff, including three working on our fundraising and communications), the successful candidate will report to our Head of Fundraising and Communications, and work across all areas of our fundraising. They will have lead responsibility for community; events; corporate; relationships with our fundraisers, and also organise our annual fundraising and awareness week, Heart Week. This is a homeworking role, which could be based anywhere in the UK, and we are looking for a candidate who has a track record of fundraising success.
