We’re over the moon to be working with one of the UK’s biggest, most recognisable charity brands in their search for an experienced Community Fundraiser to support individuals, volunteer groups and local corporates across Warrington, Chester and the Wirral.
Providing care for people at some of the most vulnerable times in their lives, this health charity has a reputation for exceptional stewardship and is a sector leader in volunteer fundraising. This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative and award-winning Community Fundraising team with an interesting mix of community and corporate relationships to manage.
You’ll develop fundraising relationships in the community by providing excellent stewardship and support to the charity’s Fundraising Groups and volunteers. You’ll also account manage some significant corporate partnerships and be involved in pitching for new Charity of the Year opportunities within your patch.
We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills who can give that all important TLC to the amazing volunteers at the heart of all fundraising success. You’ll have the ability to inspire and motivate a range of supporters by celebrating success, championing best practice and sharing new ideas. Strong written skills will underpin your understanding of how good marketing and PR practice can support and enhance the work of a fundraiser within the community.
