Our client is a Conservation Charity based in Central London, who are looking for a strong Direct Marketer to lead on the development and delivery of a multi-channel membership acquisition programme to meet recruitment targets and KPIs, to help the Charity grow their supporter and membership population and income. Using a range of marketing campaigns, including digital, direct mail and face-to-face, you will work to grow the number of supporters of the charity.

An exciting and varied role, your job will involve implementing the acquisition programme to attract and retain new members and supporters. This will include integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, face-to-face and press) and a test-and-learn approach. You will also manage budgets, liaise with agencies and work across a variety of teams including Fundraising, Membership and Advocacy to develop and deliver engaging supporter journeys that enhance and deepen members’ experience of the Charity

We are looking for someone with a strong background in direct marketing or individual giving who has worked on recruiting new supporters to a charity. You must have experience working on a variety of marketing channels including digital marketing and direct mail. You should be a team player, with an ability to develop strong working relationships. Ideally, you will be currently working as a Direct Marketing Officer or Individual Giving Officer (or Senior/Manager) and will be looking for that next step to a more varied and strategic role.
