Charity People are thrilled to be working alongside one of the UK’s largest pet charities in their search for an experienced Data Analyst to join their team.

This charity has been improving the lives of pets throughout the UK for almost 100 years; they believe that their vision of a world where all pets are well taken care of in loving homes will be achieved by not only helping pets in need, but also by assisting people to be the best owners they can be. As well as helping thousands of homeless and poorly pets find loving new homes, they educate, advise and support pet owners to enjoy happy relationships with their animals.

As a Data Analyst for the organisation, you will be working closely with the Fundraising & Communication department and take responsibility for the provision of accurate data selections and segmentation for a wide range of fundraising and marketing activities. You will also work alongside the Supporter Relations Team to ensure that supporter communication activities, campaign coding and communication histories are recorded on the database accurately and effectively, and contribute to building and maintaining a robust and accurate database in order to support the organization’s ambitious Fundraising plan.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with FastStats to provide complex selections; experience of carrying out business analysis to inform evidence-based decision-making; excellent knowledge of CRM systems and functions; and experience of the exploitation of a range of analytical techniques, including statistical analysis. You will be an earnest worker, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of different audiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable Data Analyst to be part of a growing and supportive organization that truly appreciates the importance Data Analysts play in developing fundraising and supporter relationships.
