From their wellbeing services to pension advice and financial support, this charity delivers a person centred approach to support individuals and they are now looking to reach and help even more beneficiaries.
Charity People are thrilled to be heading up the search party to find this wonderful charity a talented and strategically minded Supporter Marketing Officer. The organisation has spent the past few months building their supporter stewardship programme, with really positive outcomes. They are now looking to expand on this activity by recruiting for an experienced Supporter Marketing Officer to develop a series of multi-channelled direct appeals and marketing campaigns to maximise supporter value and retention.
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of managing high- preforming online and offline campaigns and journeys. The successful candidate will be able to design and implement a stewardship programme that cultivates long-term support. Ideally, you will have gained this experience within the charity sector, but this is not essential as your creativity, campaign management skills and drive to succeed are what really counts.

• Significant multi-channel direct marketing experience
• Strong track record delivering campaigns to a variety of audiences with high impact and imagination
• Talented creator of high quality, creative marketing materials
• Proactive, self-motivated team player, able to work both independently and flexibly as part of a team
