This thriving Peterborough-based charity provides professional advice and support to those living with spina bifida. As the charity embarks on an exciting fundraising strategy, Charity People are thrilled to be supporting them with their search for a Grants and Trust Manager.
As an experienced Grants and Trusts Manager you will lead and manage the growth and development of the charity's established Trust portfolio, to build new grant income streams in order to meet annual income generation targets and to achieve a step change in income generation over the next three years.
This prospering charity are looking for someone with a track record of achieving their own income targets and have the relevant skills to deliver an annual team income target of £550k of revenue funding.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Preparing written applications, project plans and proposals to major grant makers and other funders to fund core and project work.
•Researching, managing and developing a healthy trust and grants funding pipeline, cultivating and stewarding funding relationships
•To keep up to date, accurate funder records using our new salesforce database, in order to manage funder relationships, plan timely impact reporting, ensure tasks are completed efficiently and provide effective pipeline planning.
•Managing Shine’s Trust Funding team to achieve budgeted income targets
This role is based in Peterborough however we are really open to candidates who would like to work from home as well as the office base. We are also really open to chat about flexible working/condensed hours and package.
