Our client is a mental health charity who provide emotional support and assistance to people across the UK. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong direct marketer to come in and lead the acquisition of new donors across multi-channels, we are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and experienced individual giving fundraiser to join their team.
It’s a very exciting time to join the Charity with a refreshed brand, new website and additional investment to recruit and develop a new programme of supporters. With several new opportunities available to test and develop immediately, this is a new role with significant scope and potential for the successful candidate to make their mark.
The new role of Supporter Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the development, management and delivery of the supporter acquisition strategy. Recruiting supporters across a range of new products and channels reaching new audiences, the successful candidate will implement a robust test and learn programme, ensuring that learnings are maximised and shared across the team. The Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of new welcome journeys for all supporters.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities:
Proven track record of delivering an acquisition strategy across multi-channels which has had a positive impact on income generation
Experience of developing and running digital fundraising programmes
Experience of using data and insight to inform strategies and plans
Experience of new product development and proven ability to set up testing programmes
Experience of managing external suppliers and agencies, and negotiating contracts
Experience of analysing and interpreting results/trends to inform strategy
