Charity People are happy to be working collaboratively with a leading National Disability Charity to recruit for a Supporter Data Manager to join their Engagement Team.

The Charity has provided rehabilitation, training, practical advice and emotional support to tens of thousands of beneficiaries across the country. As part of the Engagement Team you will work with the Head of Customer Services and Data Management to provide the expertise to support an integrated data management strategy across fundraising and engagement; and you will play a central part in delivering the wider engagement strategy of increasing income and awareness with a supporter-centric focus. You will be responsible for the management of the database and associated systems, and provide training and development to CRM users to ensure they have the skills, tools and knowledge to maximise the potential of the database. The role manages a team of three and is responsible for a database comprising of over a million records.

As a team leader you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, be able to influence decision making by colleagues across the organisation, and be comfortable working with external stakeholders and Charity partners. You must be highly computer literate and have demonstrable knowledge of fundraising databases. The successful applicant will have experience of managing a team to achieve SLAs, substantial experience of data, Database Management and software/web applications.
