Charity People are working with a leading children’s charity to find them an ambitious and proactive Philanthropy Manager to join a high performing Trusts team.

Salary: £24,000 - £31,620 per annum, plus £3,366 Inner London Weighting allowance
Location: Central London
Hours per week: 35

The Philanthropy team are a high performing group. You will be in an environment where you will be able to co-ordinate and learn from equally ambitious fundraisers.
The successful Philanthropy Manager needs to very confident and assured in a face to face client environment. There will be a big emphasis on client interaction as it is vitally important to build and sustain client relationships.
We are seeking an innovative and proactive individual who is an excellent relationship builder. A key element to be successful in this role is creating strong internal and external relations. The ideal individual will be tenacious and confident in approaching grant making bodies, as well as prospecting for new supporters and stewarding existing donors. Experience of developing high-value relationships and using major giving techniques to secure income is vital to the role.
