Charity People are thrilled to be working alongside a diverse and unstinting homelessness Charity based in central London. The organisation are undergoing a period of rapid growth and are looking for an introspective HR Business Partner to join their supportive HR team of 10 people.

As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with senior and middle managers across the organisation, to provide specialist advice and support for their service delivery and business development, developing a rapport managers, building their management capability through coaching and guidance. Alongside the Executive Director, you will contribute to the development and delivery of the organisation’s ‘People Strategy’, of which you will assist in the development and delivery of. You will also develop effective HR interventions, together with your Organisational Design colleagues, to promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and development across the organisation; and support the operational team in a strategic approach to talent acquisition.

The successful candidate will be a full-chartered member of the CIPD; a strong relationship builder, demonstrable experience in HR Business Partnering; knowledge of employment law and experience in project management and leading change management programmes (TUPE, Restructure, redundancy ).
