Senior Direct Marketing Officer

We are delighted to be working with an inspirational Homeless Charity to recruit a Senior Direct Marketing Officer to come in and be responsible for the management of the direct marketing programme to engage, retain and raise cash income from existing and new donors You will lead on the development of effective campaign strategies, ensuring collaboration and alignment with other IG campaigns.
You will work on the delivery of both the acquisition and retention on campaigns such as direct mail, TV, press, inserts, digital and outdoor. Furthermore, you'll liaise with agencies and report on planning and analysis. In addition, you will line manage 1 member of staff (no line management experience necessary).
We are looking for someone with experience in direct marketing, working to tight deadlines with experience of writing fundraising/direct marketing copy. You should have proven experience of direct marketing campaign management, ideally including developing new creative approaches, and sourcing, managing, negotiating and liaising with suppliers. You should experience of managing a range of direct marketing channels – Direct Mail, Digital, Press & Inserts, Email. Direct hands-on experience having led on these campaigns.
