Charity People are excited to be working alongside a well-established, multifaceted Social Welfare Charity in their search for an experienced Senior Insight Analyst to join their growing team.

This dedicated organisation conducts research, campaigns to affect policy, runs events and leads on numerous projects to improve the lives of vulnerable members of society.

The Senior Insight Analyst will lead and develop analytical insight to serve the financial needs of the organisation; scope evolving market requirements; and perform reliable analysis to deliver actionable insights to improve customer engagement, retention and income generation. You will be tasked with exploring and performing data manipulation and statistical analysis; researching and identifying potential new audiences; and managing external relationships with digital web activity agencies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic analyst, with strong critical thinking skills, thorough knowledge of data extraction and manipulation and experience of writing scripts, ideally in SPSS or SAS. The successful applicant will have a demonstrable numerate or statistical background and experience in campaign analysis, profiling, segmentation and modelling.
