Charity People are excited to be working alongside a powerful NGO in recruiting for an International Finance Officer to join their London Head Office.

This visionary organisation operates on an international level with offices across the world. They work on some of the most imperative Criminal Justice issues, fair sentencing and humane treatment of prisoners globally.

They are seeking an International Finance Officer to support their work by processing the head office’s financial transactions; keeping record of key data, projects, monitoring income, internal and acting as the first point of contact for IT-related queries. In this role you will be required to raise donor invoices; monitor receipts and chase outstanding amounts. You will be responsible for coordinating quarterly internal audit systems; liaise with regional offices regarding transfer requests (Multiple currencies)and any cashbook-relates issues; and work alongside the Head of Finance to produce year-end accounts.

We are looking for experienced, passionate and conscientious Finance applicants; with familiarity of working with foreign currencies, thorough knowledge of manipulating data in Excel and demonstrable project accounting and/or donor reporting. The successful applicant will work effectively both independently and as part of team; be tactful, patient and flexible.
