We’re recruiting for a talented Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the high-achieving, dedicated, and award-winning fundraising team at Tommy’s. With an amazing group of people in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a very special charity achieving impressive results year on year.
As the largest charity in the UK funding research into the causes of miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth; Tommy’s is a ground-breaking organisation whose research has saved lots of lives already and aims to halve the number of babies that die during pregnancy or birth by 2030. The corporate partnerships team have already won and developed sector-leading partnerships, but there is huge opportunity to work with even more partners, in a collaborative and strategic way.
Playing a core role within the Fundraising team at Tommy’s, the Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for a mix of account management and development of new partnerships. Key deliverables within the role will be:
- To secure new corporate partnerships by developing and leading on a prospect research strategy; and identifying, approaching and securing new corporate partners, through fact finding meetings, tailored proposals, pitches, negotiations and closing
- Identifying opportunities for growth, and securing and delivering on these opportunities within existing corporate partnerships; as well as ensuring that all partnerships are renewed where possible
- Delivering on all partnership objectives, including supporter objectives, to ensure that partnerships are successful and mutually satisfactory

You will excel at building relationships with corporate partners and colleagues, as well as working within a team to manage projects, tell stories, and ensure that all partners love being part of team Tommy’s!
