Charity People are thrilled to be heading up the search party to find this wonderful charity a talented Supporter Insight Officer. Working in partnership with fundraising and non-fundraising teams across the organisation you will assist the Supporter Insight Manager with the development and delivery of bespoke supporter data analysis and forecasting. With the aim of maximising the potential of the organisation’s supporter database to improve supporter engagement and income generation. You will manage the design and set-up of standard reports from the supporter database on behalf of departmental stakeholders and create clear, well-articulated data selection requests.

You must be comfortable configuring and maintaining fundraising databases, as well as being able to build complex reporting.

On our absolutely ‘must have’ list:
• Experience in working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to derive actionable insights

• An understanding of response analysis, supporter segmentation models, profiling, predictive modelling using statistical/anticyclical techniques, econometric forecasting and lifetime value models

• Experience of direct marketing (including digital marketing), preferably in a charity context
