From their wellbeing services to pension advice and financial support, this charity delivers a person centred approach to support individuals and they are now looking to reach and help even more beneficiaries.

We are over the moon to be leading up the search party to find the charity a Supporter Insight Manager. Working in partnership with fundraising and non-fundraising teams across the organisation, the role will oversee the development and delivery of bespoke supporter data analysis and forecasting. You will take lead responsibility in producing and communicating strategic insights and recommendations to maximise the potential of the organisation’s supporter database and to improve supporter engagement and income generation.

You must be comfortable configuring and maintaining fundraising databases, as well as being able to build complex reporting using data visualisation tools, such as Faststats, Alterian or Tableau.

On our absolutely ‘must have’ list:

• Significant experience of designing, planning and deriving actionable insights from large data sets to optimise supporter journeys, improve supporter targeting and drive engagement strategies

• Able to create and exploit response analysis, supporter segmentation models, profiling, predictive modelling using statistical/anticyclical techniques, econometric forecasting and lifetime value models

• Able to develop a strong marketing and fundraising performance evaluation framework, using an advanced range of methods of measuring success
