Charity People are excited to be recruiting for an Organisational Development Manager to join a leading Medical Charity based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious organisation during a transformational period of change, during which the charity is seeking to further adapt and modernise in order to better fulfil the needs of its diverse beneficiaries.

During this time, the Organisational Development Manager will lead the cultural change aspects of the programme, ensuring that staff and volunteers work together, make bold changes and strive towards a better working environment. The successful applicant will also be responsible for training and advising organisational leaders; chairing the programme facilitation group responsible for organisational change initiatives; and creating an inspiring learning and development approach that delivers the key elements of change including digital, data driven decisions, people management and project management. The role will also oversee the organisation’s broader learning and development programme.

The successful candidate is required to have specialist knowledge of OD interventions and strong wide-ranging learning and development experience including developing strategies, plans and frameworks aligned to an organisation’s vision and goals.
